The Story of a Kidnapping in Peru - Ricardo Flores

Stephanie Flores was last seen leaving her home in Mira Flores, Peru on May 31. She had spent the night out with new friends from college and left at 2am. The next morning she didn't come home; there were no signs of foul play. A police officer found her black jeep near a crime-ridden neighborhood. Her friend said Stephanie claimed to have won large sum of money at casino days prior. CCTV footage captured her driving off together with Jouran Vanderslope after winning raffle ticket. Kidnapping for ransom was common in Peru, with tourists and affluent families often targeted.
