Tilt Rotors Are Not a Bad Thing

The US Army's fleet of UH-60 Blackhawk helicopters is to be replaced. The Bell V-20 Valor tilt rotor was chosen over the SB-1 Defiant, a coaxial helicopter. David Frum: It looks like after all these years, the Army has decided tilt rotors are not a bad thing.
