How Much Change Do You Think You're Creating at the Physician Level?
Doctors don't like the idea that there's somebody judging them. They go out, they get mentors and take continui education courses. The amount of change is a function of two things: how many conversations you have with your employers; and how much volume an employer has in their market. It took us a year and a half to get through peer review - but we got it right this time.
