How to Interview for a Design Company

After you get an offer, see if you can spend some time with the team. Ask to speak with some of the current team members or ask to sit in on a brainstorming session. Don't be overly demanding and don't be rude, obviously. You just want to make sure that this is a good fit for both you and the organization.
