Is There Any Debate Around Adjustments?

Ajustity bedas onte take out any kind of one time expenses, and there's a whole litany of other adjustments you can make. So did you get in any back and forth with the qhoires around adjustments at all? Was there any debate? Final buyer, i felt it was very reasonable, and that was part of the reason why i decided to sell to him. I think if if they were unreasonable, i don't think the deal would have gone through.
