Hans Is Unable to Pursue a State Avenue and the Federal Claims Were Dismissed

The federal claims were dismissed, but he could appeal them. Hans is a chess player. He's not a market competitor to chess.com. So an injury to him, even if there was one here, it's just not the kind of injury that the antitrust laws were designed to remedy. It's not an injury to competition in the space of competitive chess tournaments. With them goes the only remaining avenue for the state law claims to survive.
