Russia is doing its best to control the flow of information in its own country. What about in ukraine though? Does it have the capacity to control information there by shutting down the intronet, for example? I think not directly, not yet. That may be a question when and if russia does manage to subjugate the country. All this fighting and shelling in all these cities like mariupo means large parts of ukraine don't have access to electricity. No electricity, among many other things, means no television and no internect, which makes it hard to get information either in or out.
