Introduction

We tend to think that our skin just happens, but it's really an outermost representation of what's happening internally. A recent pireview clinical trial set out to find how sleep deprivation could potentially impact our skin health. The study found that sleeping less than six hours a night for just five nihts in a row caused the study participants to have fine lines and wrinkles in their skin increase by forty five %. Blemishes went up by nearly 15% and redness increased by nearly ten%.
