The Ninth Circuit's Decision in Twitter

The Supreme Court has remanded a case to the Ninth Circuit in light of its decision on Twitter. Sarah Binder: It was like, hey, this is a total nod dog for us. We don't know what the lineup was; we know there were at least five and no dissents. She says it appears the last part of the percureum decision will not be addressed.
