If Mike Pence had pulled the trigger, then we would have sent the election back to the state house delegations and the states. That would have been the single largest power grab back to theState level from the federal level in like a hundred years. And that honestly is why they still demonize January 6. It's hilarious because it would have been benign for their political purposes.
