Curtis: If you've never been a stakeholder before for a report, it's very hard to have that empathy as a report builder and understanding. Most straight developers are people who are building reports. He says they're not thinking about the larger problem itself or enhancing it with the potential of like how do I solve the larger problem? Curtis: There should be an answer to each one of these things. And what would probably surprise them is how far that extra solution building goes.
