Burr was telling the American people in public that things were going to be fine. But he was privately warning and closed door meetings with other lawmakers and major funders of senatorial and congressional campaigns that this virus was much more aggressive in its transmission than anything we have seen in recent history. This was pure cashing out. It's unbelievably gross. Now, pro public or NPR asked for a comment on the Senator's stock sales and Burr spokesperson responded simply, LOL.
