Introduction

The most frequent cause of Cushing Syndrome is exogenous glucocorticoid use. Small tumors in the pituitary in the adrenal or sometimes ectopically somewhere in the lung, which can cause Cushing Syndrome. Endogenous Cushing syndrome is much more rare, two to eight cases per million per year.
