Burney has been recording at sugar loaf ridge state park in California since the early nineties. The park is home to foxes, coyotes, bob cat black bear, deer and possum. In late 20 11, california went into an eight year long drought. As it continued, burney began to monitor its impact on sugar loaf he recorded always in mid april,. Here's what it sounded like in 20 14. This is all april, fifteenth spring, 20 15.
