There is an enormous push to overturn it, and anti abortion activists are optimistic that the current make up of the supreme court could mean that the decision is overturned at some point. So what would that actually do? This is a two parter, because roe does maintain, despite planned parenthood v k c, that a woman has a right to choose an abortion in certain cases. And so if ro goes away, the decision about whether a woman can get an abortion in any circumstance goes to the states. Here's mary with the second part of the answer to your question.
