The First Time You Ever Did a Comedy Course?

It was the first time i ever did sun it before i'd done the course. And i can't remember what material i did, but it wasn't very good. It takes a lot of time before you can actuallyb sort of ar start to get control over the way you are physically and the body language and stuff. You're like a prisoner of your own body, in a sense.
