The Importance of Duty of Care in Hospital Organizations

Do you think that hospitals and health systems aren't necessarily incentivized to enact big changes? You know, what are the incentives for excellence and operating capability? I mean, every organization wants to be seen as providing excellent service in the community. Those are the incentives at the C suite and at the board level but there's also all the cultural incentives inside of our not for profit systems.
