One of the things I recommend is reintroducing or making sure you never leave behind things in your day or in your week that give you pleasure. People who think the world around them is uncertain and feel they have no control over it have been shown to have more potent stress reactions. Taking part in an incremental growth related challenge is another great way to kind of bring yourself back out of that slump.
