The sexy stuff that people want to talk about are things like in California where people get paid $2.00 a kilowatt-hour to empty their batteries into the grid, he says. He says there is some fairly easy ways to put power back into the grid using batteries from Solar Plus battery storage projects. Martin: But I think that version 1.0 that I see scaling at gigawatt scale, frankly, in 2023 will be turning on and off loads.
