How to Stop Gun Violence in a Community?

Sally Kohn: It's not a simple matter of gun control. There has to be some kind of middle ground between people who want to make it impossible to own a gun and people who don't even want any kind of common sense gun control, including universal background checks or something like a bumpstock band. She says the best approach is that we know in general, countries that have less guns in society tend to have less gun violence.Kohn: We need to focus on how can we start to dmilitarize police departments, local law enforcement at least as much as they do civilians.
