Tefot: I think it's a bad idea to sell securities and incur capital gains taxes before you actually need the even if you think tax rates are going to change. Tefot: A lot of people have individual securities in their portfolio, and they are concerned about em because now they've kind of become a little more financially iliterate ad they realize maybe that wasn't the best way. But i'm recording this answer on december second, even thoug this podcast doesn't run till december thirtieth.
