Is This a Silica?

I think people need to chill out a bit more, um, to be honest. Like the stuff that's not a big deal, people create into a real, they create this huge fantasy world about like how it could be a big deal. And then the stuff that is a bigdeal, they just go, they ignore it or they call it like cool, like, like sick. I always try and not sort of engaged too much because in a bull market, you can eat a lot of energy or stamina. Stamina is a good way to do some, you love stamina.
