Why Do Referees Make Mistakes?

Referees at grassroots level get abused by paranoid fans for making errors and just give up because it's not worth the hassle. This is all trickers down from the chop. By all means, getting in an army of infallible referees who never make mistakes. But I'm very curious to know where they're going to come from. Nikki? Some people take a more serious another. They don't bother me. These things happen. And that's my opinion. And it's not going to change.
