For me, i've been doing a lot of what i would call micro journalling. So i'm capturing not just tasks, but all the things that are coming in to my space and mind. And so as all these things come in, capture here becomes incredibly, incredibly important. The other thing is helping task switching happen as best as possible by batching. Sometimes have these days where i feel like i'm working on 80 things, but contributing almost zero to all of them.
