You can find a patch of land or real estate within your abode. And then you can walk in my experience and opinion, there are at least two ways to do this. I would also say that I personally have never liked that very slow walking. It doesn't resonate so much for me to get super focused on the lift move place. That's more just letting mindfulness wash through the body as it's moving along.
