Is That Why You're Apologizing?

I just don't want you to be upset that I'm not explaining it well. It's like oh maybe I'm not doing a good job so I better apologize because then the person will be disappointed in me. Is that why you're apologizing? Yeah. So what about feeling valued? yeah, I mean I look back my parents valued me for obviously for sure but I don't know if that's what I'm feeling right when I looked back at that. You would know more than me potentially.
