There's only so much opportunity out there, you got to source enough off market on market. So what we're really doing is we're doubling and tripling down on segments that we just started, that we do some business in. And then we're also trying to pick up a thousand more doors this year. I think we can hit that. Just throw that in by the way, just by the way of a thousand doors. I'm going to be doing that through 1031 exchange team. We're wrapping up a couple right now where we're going from like seven doors to 30 right now. You know, your goals aren't big but you don't have to grind as hard.
