The Four Types of Intimacy
Not all intimacy is sexual, more is it physical. There are four types of intimacy: experiential, emotional, intellectual and physical. If you have as soon as you have authenticity and vulnerability, you're at a space for your intimacy. It's worth knowing that there are many ways we can have our intimacy needs met.
