Breathalyser is a form of breath work practice that's appropriate for all of us and it's free. It tips our nervous system from a stress response to a relaxation response. We are so chronically stressed and we also are such deranged breathers as we learned from the amazing James Nestor on our panel. By relaxing our jaw, by holding pigeon pose to relax our hips, by breathing in a relaxed way, like doing a 4-7-8 breath, by healing the gut, we can send a really different signal back up to the brain that says, we're relaxed. Let's be relaxed.
