The Importance of Understanding the Audience and Connecting the Areas
I think there is one element about understanding for the area and the connect what the audience is, and really taking time to actually know and understand how they're working. If I think of a really good piece that we're doing across two of our provider organizations around their electronic patient record journey, we're looking at the digital maturity. So actually, how from a usability perspective, so how mature and capable of the workforce and the staff in order to be able to use those new technologies and platforms. And quite often, historically, I think that might not have been picked up as well as it should be.
