CNN's John Defterios sat down with the founder of a search fund to talk about how he went about finding his partner. How difficult was it to convince someone, you know, I want you to quit your job, help me find a business to acquire, we'll raise money to acquire? He says there were not that many people in Europe that had actually been down the road of a traditional search fund. "I think what was intriguing for him is that it was a sequential process," said Defterios.
