The Strikes, Minimum Service Levels, Bill, Is in the House of Lords

The strikes, minimum service levels, Bill was launched by the government a couple of months ago. It's now reached its committee stage in the House of Lords. If passed it will give employers power to tell trade unions how many workers are needed to maintain minimum levels of service during a strike. And not just in the health service, it will apply to fire and rescue, education, transport, nuclear installations and border security.
