Is It a Good Idea to Attack Russia?
Kant is writing before modern warfare, in which it's hard to make the distinction betwee n wars of extermination. If they have red shirts, you got at least once you're going to use that pen, which shoots out a poison gardexact. And the instigation of treason within the enemy state like that is like our prime goal with russia. I'm not saying it's a good idea, but i don't know thatit would lead necessarily to a genecidal attitude.
