How to Reach Your Goals
If your reward is eating bad food, you're not going to hit any goals worth hitting. Your rewards are based on things that bring me long term happiness, not short-term pleasure. When you can make that shift from your reward system being things that bring you long term happiness and not shortTerm pleasures, that's when you will really start crushing your goals.
