The Social Compact Is Broken, How Do You Unbreak It?

If the social compact is broken, how do you unbreak it? Well, ultimately, a there is no form of government that you can create that restrains unrestrained human behavior. In my view, what what the convention of states offers right now, we have no vehicle for us to peaceably rein in the system. The best our votes do are slow on the rate of erosion or subversiveness, but they don't stop it. If we get enough of the right people that win the primary then get elected, we can do something. This provides an avenue for us to take this power unto ourselves to do something.
