Is the Diabetic Epidemic a Global Problem?
Diabedes world wide is a growing concern. Both prevalence and impacts are growing everywhere you look. We probably have a greater rate of city here than anywhere else, which is sort of driving our epidemic of diabedes much faster. The other big difference, or differences, i should say, are that the way that we've structured health and health care is so reliant on health systems,. That we really can't reach people and communities in the way that other countries can.
