What Is the Moment in Your Product?

In finance you have feres, probably and greed are probaly likethe design for. But if i'm not working in the vintek, i may be dealing with some other thing. One of my starting points when it comes to designing for x so i often tell people to start with a moment. What is the moment in your product? With arby and b ah, the moment is when a person checks in. Ah, they make it easy to automate directions or like how to check in, that sort of thing. There's a bunch of stuff that they do to design for that moment. So identifying your moment a your peak or your valley moment.
