In January, everyone was still saying that values were going to go up. And then all of a sudden the Reserve Bank tips and water on that fire back in May. So we've got a few phenomenons there. Queensland is definitely, in my view, probably the strongest market right now in Australia with Perth. Now, Sydney, Melbourne, obviously very strong auction markets. They did dip dramatically and they've just started to come back. I think what we'll see now is, of course, the interest rates haven't gone up a full half a percent. They could signal a little bit of confidence that we could be nearing the end. There probably will be some more.
