The Difference in Parenting Styles

When I was a kid, I always checked out magic books from the library and practice tricks. At the end of the day, I was not very good at all. But when I became a dad and I had a kid who's three years old, I was the best magician in the world. We didn't call it magic though. It was called dadgic. And so I used to sit on the edge of the play structure and do dadgic tricks with Sydney. One of the tricks that I would do was to make a coin disappear and then make it reappear somewhere else. She'd look at me and I'd open my hands and the coin wouldn't be there.
