What Are Your Okrs?

O krs are goals that we want to achieve within the next quarter. They look something like this: You'd have three to five objectives in general, three to five key results for each objective. Not achieving them doesn't mean the team did poorly. It probably means you maybe didn't plan the best goals or over committed. Meeting less than sixty per cent of your o krs should not bea metric to judge team or individual performance meeting. Ah, it's really hard to predict how long things will take before you take them on a so it's a good sign for the future.
