How Do You Say No to People You Care About?

In a relationship, the worst thing you can do is be angry about something and then build up anger inside because that will eventually turn into something 50 times worse. It's so important to get everything out in the open and just talk about it and get it over with. I have so many more questions, but I've been recording for so long and I really want to go make myself breakfast. So I'm going to go, but we'll do another advice session soon.
