The Higher Train and Leave Kind of Phenomenon
The classic challenge around this is essentially the the higher train and leave kind of phenomenon. It's why i think a lot of the the large torms have cut back on their training programs over the years. So if we have a 90 or 95 % success rate, i guess if you were to compare that to the wire houses that are 15 or 20% tith, it's money well spent for the company.
