I think most people called in to express outrage. One listener treats, i'm literally commuting from santa rosa to use berkeley campus right now because getting on campus housing is impossible. Jacky writes, can't we all agree that all these regulations just nimbeism? Urban and suburban areas are going to grow, whether you like it or not.
