I started something I call product school within our business center, and actually started doing COVID. The first session was just PM101, just basics. People just came like, they were like kind of craving for this kind of stuff. So after a year, it was so successful across the board, then that got attention from our HR team,. How do we actually turn this into a scalable program and structure we can actually use? We have run this successfully for multiple times now. It's a great program. And now we're doing something similar for product leaders and others.
