The myth were the product manages, r like, there's a lot of learning about moving up stream and being met focused on the upstream components. But we've also got to find a better balance, i think, witha being ae to depend on our anterintens particularly to help us craft solutions. We get so obsessed with the technology tions or our part of the customer journey, without actually thinking about the full customer journey. And just by pointing that out and mapping out the entire custom experience, that can often lead to moments of lihe oh, we thought the problem was here, but actually it's down stream when they contact customers service, and there's all this confusion
