The Disruptive Contracts of Healing
The shadow is hard to look at. Yeah I think so and it's the stuff that sometimes we collectively agree even if it's an implicit agreement that we ignore. Maybe as a society and a macro level or in sort of a smaller collective like a family or in a partnership you know these are the things that we don't want to talk about because they make us uncomfortable. One approach is have that conversation even if it might feel awkward but it's so helpful in preventing some of the some of the rumble some of the disruptive shake up that might occur.
