Why Is Your Reason for Being So Important?
Once you land on your reason for being, it is a different criteria for telling stories. The best experiences were ones where we got companies to talk to each other in ways they haven't talked to each other before. And then all of a sudden once that quest and that reason for being reveals itself, the company the culture is invigorated,. It's energized and everyone is on board. If people can't get into your story, they're probably not going to stay long.
