CCPA or GDPR?

There weren't any data regulations in place before the most famous one that you will probably be aware of, which is the GDPR. The CCPA only goes as far as saying that if your data has been gathered by certain entities and they have to follow these rules. There are very less standardized methodologies out there that allow a person to go globally remove people from selling their data or sharing their data. An individual would have to go over the CCPA relevant parts of the privacy policies of 450 different data brokers for exercising their rights.
