How to Grow and Improve as a Pastor and Elder

We're going to look of the 15 elder qualifications in 1 Timothy 3, we're going to focus on two very central ones. The qualification that correspond with feeding and leading are able to teach and sober-minded. So there's no pretense that either you're a teacher or you're not, either you're sober-minded or you're Not,. praise God, because we all need help with these, so we'll look at those here tonight and finish with how we might grow and improve.
