Rick Steves: pan american's first public financing, which i ha the good fortune to participate in, was at 50 cents. But six years after that 50 cent financing, if my memory serves me well, the stock was over forty dollars bid. And then you did a great job of using that mass to increase your trading liquidity,. buying higher quality projects and disposing of, when appropriate, the lower quality prospects. A it's, it's so superimportant to build scale. It's more important to day than ever, rick, i would say, it's wayway more important today than it was even in the nineties.
